You may want to fix /etc/kernel-img.conf and /etc/yaboot.conf so the
package doesn't display the warning any more.

/lib/modules/modprobe.conf is automatically generated by
update-modules from files in /etc/modprobe.d. Find the file that
creates those lines, fix it or get rid of it altogether, re-run
update-modules, re-run mkinitrd.
