Hello again all, I want to share my music files between OSX and Debian on an external Firewire Drive, but I haven't been able to mount the firewire drive in Linux. I've compiled ieee1394 into the kernel, but I don't find it in /dev. After installing libraw1394-5 and gscanbus, I can detect the drive, but as I understand this package is only useful for AV devices. I'm running a 2.6 kernel. Any help is appreciated. Thank you Dreek
