Recent daily builds of the debian-installer should allow you to do that.
The yaboot.conf on these CDs seems to be somewhat broken though, so
maybe someone with yaboot knowledge should help out there (i never used
yaboot as it doesn't work (yet) on my pegasos).
Just use the power4 cdrom kernel + initrd, and provide feedback on how
the install went. If this doesn't work out for you, we will fix it.
