That's customization. FWIW, fn+<some key> works much better for mouse
button emulation than for key modifiers. I just switched to fn+alt for
middle and fn+command for right mouse button:
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode = 100
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode = 126
