A, no, i think even in normal circumstances, there are security releases
only for stable (woody) and old-stable (potato), but the later will be
going away after a time.

Unstable get security fixes trough new uploads, and depend mainly on the
disponibility of the package maintainer. Testing gets security uploads
when the unstable package is ready to enter testing, which can be
delayed for many reasons, like the 6 month delay due to glibc.

There can be uploads to testing-proposed-upates, but i think not many
people will do that.
