I can't re-build a correct kernel with ext3 support. I'd like to get a good .config file for the latest PowerBook G4 (15") with ext3. Also, in the d-ppc list archive, I found references to the experimental repository but impossible to get the packages with apt-get, I've had to download them with ftp! :( I think I did configure laptop-net correctly, but the debconfiguration does not do the job. It puts confusion because it puts every configuration in the same '*' scheme! I think I'll have a lot of questions for the list to tune my Debian for the laptop! ;) The futur for me is to read the documentation of pmud or something that can tell the laptop (and the harddrive) to have a rest ;) Cheers, -- .''`. ** Debian GNU/Linux ** : :' : Arnaud Vandyck `. `' http://people.debian.org/~avdyk/ `-
