I can test the installer using BootX, and will let you know as soon as
I get it going. We still need to trim the kernel down to fit on a
floppy; and now we know (thanks Michel!) it can be no more than 3.8MB
uncompressed, to work with quik. I don't feel qualified to do that
part, but I can floppy-test once it's done.
