Actually, what does fn+command/logo say for you with showkey (-k & -s)? It 
should be 'keycode 126 press' and '0xe0 0x5c 0xe0 0xdc' I think.

The fact that they collide under X is an X bug, but if fn+logo  works as RWIN, 
then it's a problem with eject.
