I can have these keys here, Powerbook G4, on a console, not on X, and on a
German keyboard, with <fn>-<pg up>, <fn>-<pg dn> etc.

I configured my keyboard for the console, IIRC (I don't have X, not yet
...  :)  with:

dpkg-reconfigure console-data
