Unfortunately you can remap another key to match SysRq. But I've tried that with xmodmap which does not have any effect on kernel-interpreted keys. The only thing you could try is to modify your console-keymap. That should work. Those keymaps are located in /etc/console and /usr/share/keymaps/. After some changes you can load it via loadkeys or loadkeymap.

If you got that to work we'd really appreciate it if you could explain what you've done. ;-)
