Juste modprobe usbserial and visor modules then gives ttyUSB0 or
ttyUSB1 for the serial port. You have to press the hotsync button
before syncing. With hotplug, you don't need to load these modules
manually.

There is a README.usb laying around in /usr/share/doc.
