Kernel 2.4.20-ben7 not booting on my iBook 500

Hi,


my freshly compiled 2.4.20-ben7 does not boot on my 
iBook 500. I attach my kernel-dot-config which works
with 2.4.20-ben6 flawlessly.


When booting, I see the messages of "openpic: ..."
Right after this it stops loading. So it does not
continiue to boot. I think the next step would be
to clear the screen and display tux.


I use debian sid.
