xf4.2 debian ppc packages

   For folks who didn't notice the messages in the debian-x mailing list,
ISHIKAWA Mutsumi has been creating debian XFree86 4.2.0 packages which
have a very nice merge of all the existing debian XFree86 4.1.0-17 patches
and scripts. Currently most of the arches including powerpc are built.

These are working perfectly on my Powermac G4 sawtooth with
Rage128 graphics running debian sid. I have also rebuilt them
with current gcc 3.1.1pre2 and they work fine as well that
way.
