Unfortunately I don't know such adapters.  If your Mac has RCA
audio input/output jacks, I recommend to connect your tape recorder
on the RCA input jacks via popular audio connection cable.  If
your Mac has no RCA audio jacks, hmmm..., easy hardware working is
necessary.
