Adding "ltrace" to buildd?

I don't know who to ask this; is there is any other e-mail address
I should address please tell me.

"ltrace" has recently been ported to powerpc, but it doesn't get
compiled automatically by the buildd yet; is there any way to force its
addition to the queue?
