Same problem when I installed benh 2.4.19-pre4 last month on my Titanium.
Depiste several messages in the newsgroups, I got no useful answer
(I hoped that someone would have proposed me his config file...).
I switched to 2.4.18-newpmac a few days ago, and it works very well
(no crash, and both sound and m3mirror are working).
