I doubt it has anything to do with these problems, which are completely
different AFAICS. What you experience in console is probably acceleration
code bugs in aty{,128}fb, while the Radeon suspend problem is a weird
hardware state, possibly caused by not yet 100% correct power management
code in radeonfb.
