Hm, which means there's no 'real' fdisk? Which means no way to do DOS
partitions? Not sure this really is a problem, but user preferences may
be strange....

A DOS fdisk may be a good candidate (together with LVM tools and
plentyof other things left out for space constraints) for a bigger
ramdisk that doesn't need to fit on a floppy.... or for an additional
ramdisk that can be add-loaded later.
