USB ACM and new-powermac boot floppies
Hi all,
I'm thinking of re-installing Debian on my Powerbook Firewire.
Running into space issues due to not partitioning properly.
The slight problem is that I'm in Japan, and local phone calls are
killer expensive. However, I do have unlimited ISDN connections.
But, my Terminal Adapter is a USB ACM device. Does the new-powermac
boot-floppies support this? As long as the kernel on the boot
floppies supports ACM and I set up my ppp connection properly, it
should be okay, no?
Also, would I be able to initialize ext3 partitions using the new boot
floppies? I'd like to move everything over to ext3.
Thanks for the help!
