Strange Kernel oopsing

Well, thanks to this list, I've got my 2400 running pretty slick. I
kept having troubles with the smc91c92 driver, so I forgot about that
card, and switched to my DWL-650 D-Link card. Used it to install the
rest of the system, once I had it configured. I think power
management almost works now, too.

Now the cards works great for a while, but eventually, it does this:

Apr 27 09:29:09 samwise kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed
out
Apr 27 09:29:09 samwise kernel: eth0: Tx timeout! Resetting card.
Apr 27 09:29:09 samwise kernel: eth0: Tx error, status 4 (FID=0100)

Which will generally require me to move around, and reset the card.
Then, network-related programs all start to cause this:

I've tried switching the Memoryaddresses around, to no avail. I've
also tried switching to the wavelan_cs driver.

Is there just something obvious here that I can't see? Or, is this a
bigger problem? This is the latest Debian PPC kernel, 2.4.18, btw.
