Re: XFree86 4.0.3 and Voodoo



Okay, after updating last night, I finally booted into X! (Yeah!!)
Of course, now I have completely new propblems. Mainly, my keyboard and
mouse don't work. Actually, my kb does work, but the keys are way way
way out of whack. I think it's up and to the left, because r = 2, and
the enter key is 8. Fun Fun!

I wasn't able to patch the standard kernel.org code, I had to d/l the
linuxppc sources and patch those instead. But, when I was doing an alien
on the kernel-headers and utils, my kernel panicked, so I never did a
complete compile, of a fully patched kernel. The precompiled ones did
just fine after the update, though.
