Forget about it - just use 0.9.58, it supports the TiBook. Your diff works
almost smoothly with the newer source as well :-)
Except from TiBook support, it seems the changes from 0.9.57 are:
* xvideo enabled as default
* More than one mol running at a time (doesn't work yet, though)
