So, background story is, I applied a patch to my 2.2.17 kernel in order to use the new raidtools. Only problem is, I have no idea what version of the patch I applied, if there even is one. :) Is there anyway to find out? Question is, if I'm entertaining thoughts of upgrading to a kernel in the 2.4.x range, do I have to repatch the source before I recompile to include support for the raid, or does 2.4.x have it included now?
