Hmm... it seems you have the same problem I and hadess discussed some 
days ago. Try adding the line

ChipID 0x5046

in your Device section. The problem is that the rage 128 driver 
autodetect code does not support Rage 128 PR. However, with the ChipID 
line, you make it believe your card is a Rage 128 PV, and it should 
work.. At least, it works for me... and for hadess it works without 
ChipID, so everything can happen..
