You'll have to get the source from unstable.  It's in there:
/home/archvsync/mirror/dists/woody/main/binary-powerpc/admin/pmud_0.7-3.deb
/home/archvsync/mirror/dists/woody/main/source/admin/pmud_0.7-3.diff.gz
/home/archvsync/mirror/dists/woody/main/source/admin/pmud_0.7-3.dsc
/home/archvsync/mirror/dists/woody/main/source/admin/pmud_0.7.orig.tar.gz

(ignore the woody bit, that's the archive being quirky... it's sid
now...)
