I was unable to successfully use 2.2.18 with ieee1394. It compiled and
I could use libraw1394 and gscanbus without any devices attached, but
by attaching my harddrive gscanbus would be stuck in a read() and
never exit. Killing gscanbus killed linux.
I have built 2.4.0-test11 and will see if I can get sbp2 to work
properly.
