on trace error in swiprolog: anyone?

 Hi,

I would like to know if any attempts are made for solving that
problem. I also post an up to date list of problems that are bugging
 my installation:

- irda-common: postinst failure
- irda-common: pre-removal failure
- swiprolog: trace error

PROLOG STACK:
#
------------------------------------------------------------

- power management:
  - It would be a good thing to add proper help in the kernel PM
    section.
  - the HD of my Lombard does not want to sleep for more than
a few seconds, although there seem to be no disc access.
  - how to set automatic power-saving for disk and display?
  - how to monitor the battery status?
It would be nice if one of those panel applet would work, possibly
advising about the time that is left and the eventual urge to
shut-down immediately (which is of paramount importance).
- communicator/netscape: a mess of packages with broken dependencies
- pcmcia: any support for it? kernel entry?
- nmap: it works on local-host but it takes ages, reporting useless
funny services (I can nmap it from another machine and get the real
  services).
- gnu-prolog: not available on ppc
- festival: not available on ppc
