This is for 3.3.x?

It could be useful, depending on the chipset/driver you're working on. Note
that for the Mach64 driver, very little had to be changed. I suggest people to
take a look at the differences between the xfree86 and xfree68 directory.

I'm also a bit afraid of encouraging people to work on 3.3.x. 4.x (now 3.9.x)
is the future!
