Also for me. I tried to browse available documentation, source codes and
found nothing about single-button mouse.

Xpmac on LinuxPPC has keyboard emulation (Ctrl+Option+2 for button 2 and
Ctrl+Option+3 for button 3).

Is there XF86Config option for similar emulation in XF86_FBDev or any
other way to make mouse 3-buttoned?
