Bug#1035733: debian -policy: packages must not use dpkg-divert to override default systemd configuraton files

This is not important. What matters is that this statement could be read as
excluding from the project or belittling developers that are not moving toward
Salsa.  This is inappropriate. Even assuming it was not your intent, such
statements creates friction in the project by making people uncomfortable
without any benefit, and so should be avoided.
