Note that some of these might be "ported" licenses, like the uses of
CC-BY-SA-3.0-US, CC-BY-SA-2.0-IT and CC-BY-3.0-US in adwaita-icon-theme.
These are unfortunately not completely interchangeable with their
unported counterparts. I suspect that only the unported versions would
meet the criteria to be considered "common".
My understanding is that CC-BY(-SA) 3.0+ are considered to be Free by the
ftp team, but CC-BY(-SA) <= 2.5 are not. (The CC-BY-SA-2.0-IT-licensed
file in adwaita-icon-theme is triple-licensed, so it's OK to include
anyway.)

No international "ports" currently exist for CC-BY(-SA) 4.0, and their
creation is discouraged. I hope this state of affairs continues.
