Perfect, let me know if you want something else changed/improved in
that patch.

It happens on my main system, on a clean chroot it works fine. AFAIR a
diff of some generated intermediate files tells me that there's at
least some encoding problems. But this got annoying fast and decided
that it might be better to do the conversion to DocBook instead of
tracking this down.

I'll post what I've got up to now on the relevant bug report. :)
