Hi Salvatore and Russ,

I have corrected the typo in the Policy.  Sorry Salvatore, I did not
realise on time that your patch was a Git patch, so the commit is on
my name, but you are properly thanked in the changelog and the commit
message.

For the other patch, since dpkg in Sid is still version 1.16.x, let's
wait a moment ?  I am retitling this bug to show its main subject
now that the typo is fixed.
