Thanks Guillem for your patches.  After the quick exchange with Russ this week
on this list, I agree to apply all of them except the one removing sections.
For the moment I would prefer to replace them by stubs.  Would that be fine for
you ?  In that case, no need to send an updated patch, I alredy have a branch
ready where that change is done.
