Good.  In my opinion, apart from changes triggered by your review and perhaps
minor improvements of the examples following Jaari's and Ximin's propositions,
the document is final.

>From its reading, it is obvious that it had multiple authors, and it is a
mixture of styles, but I do not think that this is an easy thing to correct in
a consensual way.  There are also some parts that already start to age, such as
the mention on SPDX which was made before its 1.0 release.  This said, if
following your review you have propositions that will make the DEP more
consistent, I would be happy to second them as last changes before publication.
