Bug#534408: debian-policy: Installed-Size is defined as "kilobytes" but dpkg-gencontrol fills it in with kibibytes

I don't agree that we should commit ourselves to following ugly standards.
There are, after all, a great many standards from a great many standards
bodies, only some of which Debian actually strives to comply with. :)
