I now have:

+                   The <em>testing</em> distribution normally receives
+                   its packages via the <em>unstable</em> distribution
+                   after a short time lag.  However sometimes, such as
+                   during release freezes before a new stable release or

+                   requires fixing before the <em>unstable</em> version
