Specially because almost, if not all (except posh of course), of the POSIX
shell scripts interpreters we ship accept kill with the XSI extensions.
Allowing SuSv3 + XSI would be too much IMHO, so restricting the XSI
extensions to kill and trap would be great (more benefits: less bugs, and
almost zero work to be done).
