I've received a bug report asking me to build a 64 bit version of zlib on sparc64 and s390x, named lib64z1. The last time I saw any discussion of this the naming of such libraries seemed rather controversial - has there been any kind of decision on what to call such libraries? -- "You grabbed my hand and we fell into it, like a daydream - or a fever."
