Bug#39125: marked as done ([OLD PROPOSAL] lintian: should maybe recognize /etc/init.d/*.sh ?)

[note that "lintian --version" answers "1.1"]

Sysvinit uses init.d/ to store files linked from rcS.d.  These
(eg. checkroot.sh) may not have meaningful semantics for
stop/start/force-reload.  Something has to be done here...

Note: maybe it's just that some of these scripts simply do not belong
to init.d/
