Actually, if you actually look at the bug in question, it was filed against
3.5.10.0. This version immediately follows, and in fact that appendix
section must have been cleared out by me as part of the big change in 3.6.

I admit that I paid no attention to the other changelog entries before
making the upload. If I had noticed it, I would have rephrased it
accordingly.
