Tsk, bad Manoj (or whoever). If you didn't make a change, there
shouldn't be an entry or closer in the changelog. (Not that I've
never done this sort of thing myself, but once the issue was raised, I
found myself forced to agree with those who object to the practice.)
Obviously it's too late to do anything about it now, but I thought
maybe if I brought it up, it might help discourage future occurrences.
