Bug#187422: debian-policy: s/existance/existence/ in ch-docs.html and footnotes.html

Package: debian-policy
Version: 3.5.9.0
Severity: minor

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

ch-docs.html:Packages must not require the existance of any files in
footnotes.html:existance of a nascent second implementation of the Debian configuration

ispell and dictionary.com/dictionary.co.uk all suggest that existance is a
typo for existence. (and not simply a British English version of the word)

Thanks,
