The non-standard-file-perm check and its relatives should suffice for
all files that are part of the .deb itself. For files created in the
postinst, it's probably not possible for lintian to do much: parsing
shell to the required extent basically requires being a shell, and
certainly it can't go off and figure out what random external scripts
called from the postinst are going to do.
