I'm pretty sure this is only a two packages bugs: one against squid,
and the other against the emacsen scripts (I think it's in emacsen),
since it's the emacsen script that create them. However, I think they
are some security issue here? Maybe also, they should be set in
/var/tmp (not /var/log! they aren't important enough) instead of
there.
BTW, a wishlist against this in lintian can also be filled. Especially
for the /usr/share/doc/ files.
