Mandatory? mandated by whom? As the ex-vice president said,
who is the controlling authority? An incorrectly? You sure know how
to win friends and influence people. And, pray tell, why exactly is
it incorrect? I ran man debsums, and cut and pasted the results into
the mail using the X cut buffer. I see a hyphen. I think a hyphen is
not incorrect. My meail followed the standards, and correctly created
the content type header.
