Bug#108416: Bug#139957: period at the end of short description?

I'm not sure programs necessarily fit in the former category. What
about games? I've been messing with dosemu lately, trying to get some
old games up, so I've got on my desk here: "Masters of Orion II:
Battle at Antares", and "Dune II: The Building of A Dynasty".

I'm not saying that subtitles can't be descriptive, I'm saying that
they're not necessarily descriptive. That's not their primary role.
Consider: "Homicide for Dummies: A Reference for the Rest of Us".

Anyway, as the Dune II example shows, even professional commercial
publishers don't always follow the rules for capitalization in
subtitles. :)

Anyway, I have the feeling that this dead horse has learned all he's
gonna, so I guess I'll stop flogging him now.

cheers
