Bug#137172: debian-policy: FHS section requires updates

Package: debian-policy
Version: N/A
Severity: normal

The policy manual currently reads:

------- start of cut text --------------
10.1.1 Linux File system Structure

The location of all installed files and directories must comply with
the Linux File system Hierarchy Standard (FHS). The latest version of
this document can be found alongside this manual or on
http://www.pathname.com/fhs/. Specific questions about following the
standard may be asked on debian-devel, or referred to Daniel Quinlan,
the FHS coordinator, at quinlan@pathname.com.
------- end ----------------------------

It should be changed to read:

------- start of cut text --------------
10.1.1 Filesystem Hierarchy

The location of all installed files and directories must comply with
the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS), version <VERSION>. The latest
version of this document can be found alongside this manual or on
http://www.pathname.com/fhs/. Specific questions about following the
standard may be asked on debian-devel, or referred to the FHS mailing
list (see the FHS web site for more information).
------- end ----------------------------

Changes:

  - gets name of standard right
  - removes my name and email (I am no longer the primary maintainer)
  - adds mention of FHS mailing list

Someone should really specify the <VERSION>, but I would settle for
getting the typographical changes in.
