I agree, if for no other reason than "least surprise". We don't want our
users having to figure out what a compressed binary is, and how to use
it.

IMO, lintian should complain loudly if it enounters a compressed binary.
If he's concered about one example binary in his upx package, then he
should override it for that special case.
