Uh, this is what I got from the the aforementioned FTP site :P I noticed
this when I updated our scripts that copy that stuff to the web server.

I just checked _again_ to make sure. One of them is missing the .gz suffix,
and the other is both missing that and has an underscore instead of a
hyphen. Nothing has changed since the time I initially filed this bug.

No, I was suggesting that you replace FTP with HTTP. HTTP tends to have a
smaller startup lag.
